1. Business Analysis and Consultation
This is the initial process of evaluating the business to see where the Toolbox can help with operations, sales, and support
2. Corporate Data Migration
After the initial consultation the corporate customer and job database is uploaded into the Toolbox and verified by a customer- sign-off Data Acceptance Test process.
3. Custom Configuration
Each business is setup according to their way of doing business, revenue and cost centers are setup and captured by the system for reporting with your logo
4. Training
We can provide one-on-one or group training, either at your site or in our training center and we provide regularly scheduled seminars and user meetings
5. Complete Support Plan
We keep supporting you whenever you need it, we are there for you, the Toolbox has a built-in Case Support System so you can track your requests
