Microsoft Outlook™
The Toolbox has many features that work with the most popular and used software in the World. Microsoft Outlook™ is installed in most enterprises, small to mid-sized businesses and we decided early in the development of the Toolbox to integrate the data that you collect in your contacts and appointment. We made it easy to export to your Outlook so you only type the information once. The export feature works with any software that reads Vcard and Vcalendar files
Microsoft Excel™
Microsoft Excel is a familiar software package for many business people, in all types of businesses. The software has analytical abilities that we harness by making data and information exportable in a format that Excel can understand and work with. Once the data is in Excel format it is only the imagination that limits what can be analyzed and reported on.
Adobe Acrobat™
There are many Toolbox reports such as; Invoices, Accounts Payable reports, Accounts Receivable reports, Profitability and other KPI reports, Purchase Orders, Variance Purchase Orders, Price Lists, Sales Tax, Project Cost Analysis reports just to name a few. These reports are created in Adobe Acrobat. The advantages of Acrobat are many as you can email the report, you can print the report, or you can simply store the report in electronic format, further reducing your paper.
