Contact Management System (CMS)

This is an application to keep track of your customer base and to add new customers to the system. The CMS is a powerful tool to put you in control of your marketing campaign. Use this system to keep in touch with your client base, keep track of when you last had contact, what the outcome of the contact was, what the client bought, who the client bought from, the client's satisfaction level, and every single bit of paper and contracts ever created between you and your client.

Accounting (Quotations, Contracts, Invoices)

This feature produces print-ready copies of the paperwork required to run the business. This includes material lists, Invoices, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Profitability and other KPI reports, Purchase Orders, Variance Purchase Orders, Price Lists, Sales Tax, Project Cost Analysis, sign-off forms, inspection checklists, crew schedules, job orders, and basically all the information is entered into the system once and the paperwork is then created with the click of a mouse.
